Challenge Boot CampGet Fit, Get in Shape and Get Motivated!
Challenge Boot Camp provides 3 training sessions per week - Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7pm and Saturdays at 10am.
The sessions are exteremly varied and include a range of training styles. As our name suggests, we like a challenge and our workouts are designed to push our Boot Campers to a new level of fitness.
Boot Camp will decrease body fat whilst increasing fitness, muscle tone and motivation. Boot Camp will also introduce a range new exercises and equipment as well as providing a socail environment for meeting new people.
Boot Camp sessions run both in and outdoors and use a wide range of training styles and equipment including: TRX's, KettleBells, Tractor Tyres, PowerBags, Medicine Balls and military sytle body weight exercises.
